In 2014 this company was doing work in Fenton Michigan and had cut a trench across the road and refilled it. They did not fill it completely and left a sharp right-angle edge on each side of the trench. I was traveling through the area, encountered the trench in my car. Being dark, I wasn't able to clearly see this trench and severely damaged two tires and a wheel requiring nearly $450 worth of repairs. I filed a police report and the officer also agreed that it was a hazard (not properly filled or marked). When a claim was filed I was told that they didn't believe me and denied the claim. I was out of work and could not afford an attorney. I could ill afford the costs to repair my car. This is a BAD company!!! Their attitude towards me was "tough sh**! Sue us!!" >:-(
