I grew up in Swartz Creek. I witnessed this Kroger come alive. I have shopped here and have had nothing but bad customer service. One from the staff being uninformed and rude. Two asking to speak to a management level to expedite my service or rather customer service problems with also being treated very poorly. And even asking for a higher level management ("store manager") to get some Kroger hospitality that I was accustomed too, make me want to shop at Kroger and not ...the stores that are more close to me..I was also let down and treated very poorly. I will never shop at this store again and mostly I will never trust or allow any of my family and friends shop or click list here at this location.. I would like someone to reach out to me if they have had experienced any other poor service from this store also. I SHOULD NAME THE NAMES OF THE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS THAT HABE OFFENDED ME AND MY FAMILY... and will if asked. To end this post.. my family and I where treated very poorly at the store and the click list.
Great Kroger! Friendly staff, prices are great per usual with Kroger and the store is always clean, and organized. Recommended for anyone in the area!
Watch out for Kroger.. I've been shopping there for years and now they're starting to play the game Meijer do.. let's say Coke.. they'll put a price of $0.88 but you better read the small small print. It's actually a 1.38 a more. Actually .88 sense if you buy 10. So if you happen to buy one and you got suckered in, and they're ringing you through the register you'll never know you're going to pay the big price.. Meijer play that game so watch out for Kroger's they're doing it to us too.
This is our favorite Kroger. Great store! Great staff! Clean and well stocked. We have two Kroger stores closer to us but we would rather travel a bit further to go this one.
