Horrible rude people they make a mistake I call to try and find out what happened and get hung up on. Nice job government worker!
The workers are generally friendly, but don't always have the authority to make decisions that would otherwise help the situation, so in response, they simply evade the issue rather than tell you there's nothing that they can personally do. The place is generally well managed and packages go through in an orderly fashion. The delivery driver we have is very friendly and accommodating to our odd apartment layout. My only gripe that takes a star off is their inability to handle unexpected scenarios. It works well as a system when everything is according to plan, but whenever there's something they didn't have in mind, the system stalls very noticeably and if affects the customers on a tangible level. I'd like them to have a better way of dealing with difficult situations and to give honest answers instead of avoiding responsibility to provide them.
Our mail consistently comes soaking wet when Mother Nature decides to appear because whoever our mail man is won't CLOSE OUR MAILBOX. I've tried calling. No one offers me solutions besides, "We will tell your delivery person." Obviously it doesn't work, and now I can't read any of our bills or other mail we received. I don't have time to wait around for them everyday. I guess I will have to leave a note for our mail person! From other reviews, it sounds like this post office needs some revamping!
The employees are friendly but they need to focus on getting the mail delivered correctly.
Very friendly staff, I use this post office a lot, people who write negative reviews, I suggest you get your packages ready at home before you waste time at the front desk.
