Place is well maintained. Has 24 hour surveillance. The owner keeps you in the loop, for example there was heavy rain a couple customers had a little bit of water. The owner encourage everyone to check their units. He fixed the units involved ( it was just a couple units)
Swartz Creek Mini Storage is a great place to store your belongings. My husband and I live an hour and a half away and are transitioning to a new location and they are so understanding and easy to work with. Getting a storage unit was easy and we feel great knowing are things are secure 24-7. Thank you for being a great business to work with.
I rented a storage unit for over a year from this business and my belongings were in great shape when I emptied the unit. Everything was dry and no mice at all. Staff is very friendly and a big help. Highly recommend them if you need storage.

They have very nice, clean, secure storage units at good prices. I went and looked at several storage places before choosing this one. The owner is very nice and he was friendly and easy to talk with. I was impressed by how nice this place is.
